Video Description: This property video begins with an aerial pan over building rooftops with the San Francisco Bay and Golden Gate Bridge in the background. The camera pulls back and reveals this view is from inside 1880 Jackson Street #501. The wide entry hallway opens to reveal two arched doorways into the dining room and adjacent living room. Looking the other direction, the hallway also opens to the kitchen and bedroom wing of the residence. White walls and hardwood floors throughout. Entering the living room shows a corner fireplace with black mantle on the left of the screen and large corner windows with views to the south and north. The walls and area rugs are white and sofa and chairs are light grey and white with orange and grey accent pillows. Switching to the far end of the living room and looking back towards the dining room, there is a long modern credenza on silver legs against the left wall. A large modern painting hangs above. A montage of several living room shots shows the room from different angels. Moving into the dining room there are two large south facing windows and a doorway into a breakfast room. A wooden dining room table is supported by thin metal legs. Heavy black upholstered, low back, barrel shaped chairs surround the table. A large metal vase is in one corner, bar cart on the wall next to a window and black credenza on far wall. The sunny breakfast room with stunning geometric black + white floor tiles has a black and gold hanging light fixture and white table with 4 black curved arm chairs with white seats. A large south facing window is on one wall while the opposite wall opens to the kitchen with white quartz counters, subway tiles. The goose-neck faucet, cabinet pulls and ceiling light fixtures are an antique brass finish. White upper cabinets and grey lower cabinets. The primary suite offers white built-in cabinetry with west-facing 2 windows. Closets and cabinets line a short hall to the ensuite bath with vintage lavender and black tile, mirrored walls, separate tub and shower stall. The spacious secondary bedroom also faces west and has built-in book/display shelves flanking the bed. The hall bath with shower over tub is also designed with handsome neutral vintage tiles with black accents. The video ends with a view from the living room windows over building rooftops with the Bay and Golden Gate Bridge in the background.
Video Description: The video opens with an aerial view over Alta Plaza Park and pans north to show people picnicking on the grass then the Bay and Golden Gate Bridge. More views of the park show the playground, a brown shingle house across from the park and a wooden park bench then a birds eye view of two people playing tennis. The video then switches to street level with scenes along the Fillmore Street commercial district. These scenes include store signs, decorative store windows, people walking along the sidewalk, shopping in stores and dining outside at tables on the sidewalk. Cut to a close up of street musicians and their instruments; bass, sax and drums. The video moves back to aerial views of Alta Plaza park and the surrounding residential buildings. People relaxing on the grass are shown then the video pulls back to reveal a view of the Bay to the north.
