Rebecca Schumacher was recently featured in The Wall Street Journal discussing the role model units play in selling new development luxury condominiums. As buyers at The Pacific, a 76-unit luxury building in Pacific Heights, San Francisco, Rebecca and her husband Guido discussed how they were able to downsize into a condominium from a single-family home. After spending time in the designer models and meeting with Jay Jeffers, designer for The Pacific, they were able to better envision how the unfinished condo they were interested to buy could be customized to fit their needs.
