Video Description: The video opens with aerial views of the Presidio and Golden Gate Bridge over San Francisco Bay. The camera moves to a view down Lyon Street towards the Palace of Fine Arts and the Bay. Next we see the façade of 2832 Lyon, a two-level lower residence in a charming two-unit condominium building directly across from the Presidio. Afternoon light streams into the west-facing living and dining rooms, each with walls of windows and decorative balconies facing the Presidio. These two primary entertaining rooms are connected via a large opening, allowing the space to live as one. The living room’s wood-burning fireplace anchors the room and is flanked by bookcases. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the residence.
